Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Beautegrity Online purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to provide a full merchandise refund in the original form of payment via Paypal. When returning a set or kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit. Please follow the below steps to make a return for your online purchase. Please note that unused shipping charges are not refundable and exchanges are not currently allowed.
1. Contact our customer service to request a returns merchandise authorization number (RMA) and then send your item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving your unique RMA number. Returns outside 7 days from receiving the RMA may be accepted at the sole discretion of Beautegrity.
2. Put the merchandise in its original packaging and enclose the invoice in the package.
3. Arrange the pick-up service with SF Express.
